Am I mistaken but wasn't Stewert Rhodes not even at the capital, but Ray Epps who was caught on camera multiple times at the capital calling for people to storm the capital and he only got probation and that was only because of increasing pressure to do so.

Trump organized a protest he even stated to be peaceful and legal, did you forget that part of his speech. The supreme court looked at a court case where police officers were injured during blm riots and tried to go after the organizers but the court said that it would violate 1st amendment rights.
