Should Canada (and other nations) apply very high tariffs to cars that are made 100% in the USA? First, this would directly hit Tesla. Second, it would be a disincentive for auto companies who choose to immedialy shift production of certain automobiles out of Canada into the USA.

I saw a lot of discussion yesterday about how the Constitution precludes this possibilty. But one of the methods Trump could use is to simply ignore the Constitution by taking the presidency without an election. He doesn't believe in elections that he loses, so this is not completely improbable.
