The Saturday Night Live Homecoming music special is amazing. Astounding. This is what all concert specials should be. Not just bands doing their stuff but bands merging with other bands doing songs by artists no longer in the room. Just jamming out and funny and... Just joyous.

Watched SNL Homecoming music special. Seeing other people sing Crazy Little Thing Called Love made me miss Freddie Mercury. Plus they had Freddie on the screen behind the singers but kept cutting to shots not showing him! Finally had a shot starting to feature him and, boom, cut to another shot. >:(

I've been to Denali. It's awesome. There was no good reason for it to be named Mt McKinley so they rightly changed it back to Denali. I'm from Ohio & have been to the McKinley monument a bunch of times. That's a great way to honor him. He doesn't need his name slapped on a mountain he never saw.

We're enjoying the Dexter: Original Sin series except for in the opening credits where they drop in a very cartoony "chomp" sound effect. Very minor complaint but it's so weird to start a creepy thriller with the sound of Fred Flintstone eating a dino burger.
