Yup on Netflix, it adapts Dreams of the Witch House and Pickman's Model. The whole series, though, is very Lovecraft inspired.

Glad you were able to get them. I hate that pre-orders on Walmart are essentially meaningless. I've never actually gotten a pre-order shipped. They're always canceled.

Got mine last night and love him. I was originally pissed at the price, but having him hand, I think he's worth it. The 90s McFarlane era is "my" Spidey, so that may influence my gotta have it attitude towards the figure.
