There are a few activity reagents but I haven’t used any

I think the consensus is that TMEM192 is a better/more stable lysosomal marker than LAMP1. I haven’t validated an antibody for endogenous 192 yet. LysoTrackers work well and can give you an indirect measurement of pH. I like LysoTracker Red DND-99.
