It’s so interesting to see these urgent exhortations to reestablish decorum. I have not seen evidence of a “coarsening” of American society. If anything, the opposite: I’ve seen thousands of individuals asserting their humanity and protesting the indignity of the system UHC profits from.

I see a lot of folks saying they don't feel bad about NYT and I remember when Hulk Hogan sued Gawker into oblivion with Peter Thiel's money and people said the same thing. Dislike NYT all you want! There are a lot of ways it sucks! That is not a good reason to root for de facto dismantling of 1A.

I’ve heard sd if Israel didn’t get arms from the US they’d just get them elsewhere. Beyond ?s of moral accountability, the US doesn’t sell weapons a la carte, but entire systems: the F15, Iron Dome, cruise missiles are complex integrated systems that wld collapse if the US stopped re-supplying them
