And that's why he's blamed Ukraine for starting the war? That's why they're demanding this? apnews.com/article/un-r...

The other route to blocking this would be a veto by France or the UK. Both have proposed amendments which would kill the text for the Russians. US might take note. But both countries' leaders are in Washington this coming week & veto would be explosive. I am told France more "solid" than UK on this.

FWIW - IMO What's popular in society waxes and wanes, sometimes exceptional circumstances have an impact I've drank whisky since the mid 80s but my buying definitely spiked during lockdown, my drinking pattern didn't change. My buying has reset +Youngsters drink a lot less now and pubs closing

The Aurora page is small beer, it's what the BBC uses as well mind. 'Everyone' uses NCEP_GFS to one degree or another, even if it's just in case other models aren't delivered but it's essential to small TV stations The big banana is here: www.nhc.noaa.gov/aboutintro.s...

Reorg always costs, IT infra for the NHS isn't brilliant - I use the NHS app and am happy with it. My local hospital uses something call 'Patients Know Best' for whatever reason. How much is the license? Why use that? NHS and VFM in respect of third party suppliers needs looking at

I said no such thing. Did I? They can manage time a lot better

I 'know' I didn't need an appointment... I also know that for another issue the management of appointments was a train crash - with two appointments at different places for the same issue, rising to three because they'd lost me...again

Then an appointment would be in order. The organisation is appalling in my area, I suspect it is elsewhere.
comment in response to post
It isn't. Really I've had four appointments not needed, seen very poor co-ordination and the last appointment was for a registrar to tell me I was clear - they could have emailed me that and used the slot We need to be spend more sensibly otherwise the arguments for privatisation will get stronger

Really don't know why we've not tried slinging some launchers onto the Sea King's which Ukraine has - less of a lashup than Storm Shadow on SU-24

There's a considerable minority who are on the side of the ally going isolationist, without having a Scooby what that will mean. They appear to believe that we're bezzers so it will all be fine....

It's a very French Civil Service attitude, it also goes to their business sector, they can be a nightmare to deal with for really minor issues...I'm dealing with a client and the data is owned by a French govt agency....boff!

LinkedIn doesn't annoy me as I pay very little attention to it, Facebook I have to use as it's used most by my relatives and friends though I do tell them to get me on Telegram or here... I find Facebook more annoying than twitter - the algorithm is pants - same for YouTube
