This is very much a song that’s changed meaning for me over the years. As a kid, I deeply felt the absence of a “father”. And the song resonated with that part of me. Now I’m older, that part of me has healed somewhat, and I identify as the father figure not the child.

Thanks! We went to see the Distant Worlds. All the Final Fantasy Orchestra music. They even did the iconic one from X and had the original singer perform the piece. SO GOOD.
