It's option 2.

Ok, so now someone actually do something. I am tired of seeing people tell Trump no, but not actually do anything when he doesn't stop. How many times do you get to defy judges before you are thrown in jail? I guarantee you that for me it would be 0 times.

Love this, but fuck Paramount. My family is cancelling paramount+ specifically because of this. Good luck in your shitty, distopian, dictatorship you fucking pricks. @paramouthpics.bsky.social

If it was a command, while not helpful to them, I would consider everyone who refused to be a hero. Their duty is to protect the country, not to the president.

Is it incompetence or disturbing levels of competence where he makes everyone around him seem useless, bolsters his support, and eliminates everyone who could ever he a threat? Do not mistake him for incompetant, just stupid. Believing that king of a destitute wasteland is good.

Ffs. Typos. Wish I could edit.

He mistake is in that thinking making everyone elsr wea, poor, and powerless, it will make his life better. He is clear, determined, and successful at the former. But in the end, being just a bit richer than the impoverished while surrounded by filth still sucks.

People like Trump are great at playing on your emotions and it all sounds right and perfect in the moment. It is only later that many realize it was all stupid and fewer who will admit their mistake. Don't mistake him for a moron. He is, but not the type of moron many of us want to think he is.

I have witnessed, both indirectly and directly, far too many instances of people who seem incompetent who are still able to command respect and make people do what they want, however disorganized, disjointed, and obviously terrible it is in hindsight or from the outside.

I wish I could agree with you, but what I see is extreme competence. Competence in radicalizing people and using that to gain power. Competence in manipulating the rules and those who would try to stop you via reasonable measures, assuming reciprocal reasonableness and intent to do right.

So much this. I have looked to Katy Perry as someone my daughters could look up to as a hero, much like many of my own rebel musician heroes (some of whome have also turned out to he great disappointments) . As usual, it seems I was wrong. Just another rich person looking for attention.

But what do qr do about it? I fear that someone needs to step in amd take very real, very physical actions. Just saying "We have decided thst you are wrong" doesn't matter if yhe person(s) do not care and you can't or won't stop the wrongdoing.

My wife reminded me of this when I brought up the Joe Rogan issue www.npr.org/2018/12/02/6... I defended you at the time, but between just generally seeing the abuse which respected men cause and now this, I am having doubts.

I am incredibly disappointed to learn that you are willing to have anything to do with him.
