True, and true of many of their other characters! It’s not like Upper Class Twits or bishops don’t also get bizarre overblown voices.
When they needed women, they had Carol Cleveland and Connie Booth on. The drag was entirely for effect.

a friend needed to quickly generate NPC personalities, so he rolled 1d12 to find their zodiac sign and used that

She had a good run, and everyone liked her!
You might be cheered up by a memorial viewing of the original HBO special of The Pee Wee Herman Show (1981) and ELVIRA: MISTRESS OF THE DARK (1988, she’s the bartender) 😁

Ha ha! An actual Project Stardust is mentioned in a few Air Force documents from decades ago.
It’s not clear what its aim was, but from context it seems like it might have been a USAF group that went around picking up anything that fell out of the sky — something you’d expect the govt to do!

as an aficianado of conspiracy theories, I regret to say the prevailing wisdom is that nothing cool has been at Area 51 since the 1990s
and if we did get anything really great from say Project Stardust, I’m sure no one’s going to tell these knuckleheads
