I had a cop threaten to arrest me because I pulled over to the shoulder when he was tailgating me. He said I was "swerving uncontrollably" & "if he catches me out here again I'm 'done'".
I'm sure if I'd just asked him for his name & badge number he would have happily obliged.

Should have been penalized. Intentionally trying to manufacture a penalty against another driver, especially after all but announcing you were going to try to find a way to make it happen before the race started, should be zero tolerance.

Russell should absolutely be penalized at the same level that Verstappen got for his brake check on Hamilton years ago. And for safety car infringement getting too far behind the safety car. That kind of shithead behavior shouldn't be in F1.
