First day back from medical leave, in limited capacity. Catching up on email has shown my staff absolutely killed it while I was away, and even advanced a major project I'd been stonewalled on. Makes me proud that I don't need to stress when I'm out of the office. I need to think of a gift for them.

Results are in. Complete anterior dislocation of left shoulder with greater tuberosity fracture. Recovery time ~4 months and I can’t use my dominant arm. Waiting on surgery recommendation. Work is gonna be tricky. No gym allowed. 😭☠️
