Thats fair. For me, it helps me to look at things when I record myself at the alley. I'll toss the video file into Clipchamp and edit good shots and bad shots. That way I can reflect, slomo my release, focus up close. Then I'll compare it to a better bowler like Zack Wilkins or Packy.

I picked up a Hammer Effect Tour and me and that ball jive!! Yesterday I got 10 strikes in a single game (not in a row) with it. It hits as hard as a Jackal Ghost, but not big crazy reaction. Very controllable. I'm going to hit my Purple hammer with a 800 grit pad for a nice 1, 2 punch.

WOOOOOOO!!!!!! That's a super start!!! I like keeping my average low in the Spring league. July and August there is the 8 Weeks of Hell bowling tournament where they use your spring average handicap. Last year I got 8th, this year I'm a lot better, so I'm hoping to bring home more than $40!

Awwww damn! That happened to me on Thursday! We had a full 3 person team and we bowled against a lone guy. Were your scores to your liking? I averaged 155 with 12 strikes. I need to up my strike game.

I LOVE doing random things in practise. You never know what improvements you'll make. I figured out on Tuesday how to bowl straight at right gutter 2 handed. I have to start at 1 board and drift to 20. I saw Packy Hanrahan do this at a PBA tournament.

One day, everything will click and you'll look back at what you went through. Then you'll still have lousy days. Today in league I bowled a 90 first game. DURING PLAYOFFS!!! Though we still managed to get second place with 2 more playoff days left. I need to just throw purple balls from now on.

I've broken 3 favorite lanes in a year, 27, 18 now 5. I personally did the inspection for lane 5 and knew it was the only machine where all of the pins came down without any offset. I saw them working on it this morning when I came in. Maybe the maintenance guys watch my videos.😅

I do that! I have a Purple Hammer and a Pink Widow on the rack at the start. If I get good vibes from the opposite team, I switch out to a Jackal Ghost and BW 2.0 Hybrid.

Thank you sir! It's always when I'm coaching and never at league! 😆 The Black Widow 2.0 Hybrid is killing it since I got the thumb filled. I get my Jackal Ghost back today from bowling style reassignment surgery and I'll throw that angry ball at league tonight.

Oh!! That's fantastic!!!! My best games are when I don't think. I causally bowled a 211 when I was coaching yesterday. Inside I was all "HOT DAMN" but outside I was like, yeah, no biggie :D

That would be a 9 pin! For me it's THE GODDAMN 10 PIN!!!! For my league mate 50% of the time, he leaves the 5 pin. We should have a tarot type reading system of what pins we leave behind most.

I had a semi serious case of pneumonia for a month and a half and still went to bowling practice 4 days a week, 2 hours a day. I'd also carry three 16 pound bowling balls and my shoes 6 blocks and take the bus. I'd rather do that again than eat minestrone soup!
