You and me both. I was planning to visit a national park, too. Thinking I might that trip/flight though. I understand a significant portion of the people that maintained the park are gone.

I'm not in Chicago, but I got an inexpensive 250V AC charger and connected it to my panel. It could easily get from 0% to 100% while I sleep. Not that I need to charge every day (or even every week!).

It can get worse. Some digital products call back home to check if you have rights. If the company takes the server offline, you have the product, but it will refuse to perform.

I've had someone attempt to use their phone in my car at night like that. I've had to demand it be turned off or set to a minimum since it reduces my ability to see outside the vehicle.

When I try this again, I want to have different placement of my light source. I also need to isolate this in a room. I'm going to close off a bathroom in the house for a week to let this experiment run. The camera will have to start off with an empty memory card and have a UPS.

Made it to S1E8. Saw the fight where they got locked with the spider, and then “the system” had him destroy his 6 enemies. That was brutal.

I can rip three DVDs at once. But I can only rip 2 BluRay disc at once.

I don't have a BluRay player on the TV I plan to use. I'm going to just rip the disc to my computer and copy them to a USB drive.
For those wondering how to do this, I've been using a purchased version of MakeMKV for a long time.

True story, for the longest time I didn't know the name of the youngest one in the family. I would just say things like "little one." I somehow slid by a couple of months before the child said "wait...you don't know my name!?"

I've got some friends that are high-security people. In the rare occasion I am out with them, we don't use each other's legal names. It's a new name for every outing!
