Just know it from the Astral. But our Ascend or QE are quite stable. Therefore, I just never saw the need for it and was curious. Thank you for the inside.

In what scenario would you use an internal calibrant?

It is really dependent on the sample and question I try to answer. For most, I use protein level for imputation as through FDR control and protein grouping the data loses variance.
