This is sad. People who contribute to society (work and don't do crime) should not have issues getting permits (or citizenships in the longer term, should they wish). The worst thing isn't ICE doing this stupid populist shit but the migrants not getting permits ages ago.

Ja, jag tänker att man i tidiga år kör en relativt rak progression och att man vid lämplig tidpunkt kan gå över till block. Exempelvis i natur- och samhällsämnen. Då kan man ju också, som någon nämnde, enklare korrigera om någon elev inte klarat ett ämne.

Är egentligen en miniserie, men varje avsnitt är lika långt som en film (2 ½ timme vardera).

Det finns en episk serie som är lite äldre (eller egentligen två). Krigets vindar och Krig och hågkomst (Winds of War & War & Remembrance) som bygger på Herman Wouks böcker. De är från 1983 och 1989 men har förvånansvärt högt produktionsvärde. Tror hela serien finns på youtube.

Kan ni välja mellan olika versioner så ta den som är längst, mycket av behållningen med filmen är att leva sig in i ubåtslivet, och det missar man lite i de kortaste.

Indeed. It might be legal and it might make some things required/forbidden, but it in itself does not have the force of law. The president can’t make laws.
