Fuck it also - all the GDC tips that are like “it’s easy to be safe” fuck off it is. The reality is it’s almost indistinguishable who can and cannot be trusted and our “hustle culture” bull shit still centres around this kind of networking. It’s a privilege to be able to pick and choose.

Ok so I'm not a baker. But I wanted to try making croissants, which is AN ABSOLUTE ODYSSEY. I'm talking about probably 16 hours from start to finish. Many steps requiring a TAPE MEASURE to ensure "proper lamination and fold size" but in the end they were actually pretty good
