I think the Democrats are a fairly inept political party, lacking the killer instincts of the GOP, but my values much more closely align with the Democrat's legislative priorities.

I see a bunch of people who apparently have suffered a lot of trauma in their lives. It is tempting to respond with in-kind hatred, but these are people who need a lot of counseling and therapy.
Which isn't going to happen, so we seem to be doomed to an endless cycle of hatred.
