This road, by the way? Speed limit 30mph, with unprotected bike lanes on both sides. Cemetery on one side, houses on the other. Plainly *not* a highway, but it turns out (who woulda guessed) unprotected bike lanes just give drivers 3 or 4 more feet of lane so they can go even faster
