Tactical decisions betraying people who need public servants to defend them the most makes you all cowards unworthy of office. Stand & be counted. Being elected doesn’t make you a “chosen one.” It puts you at the crossroads. Have some integrity. We don’t need your support NEXT term. We need it NOW.

Meanwhile, electeds are public servants. So, the time to serve is NOW, while in office. Not during some future term that they may never get.

It’s amazing that establishmentarians justify their actions by saying they want to hold onto their elected positions. (I typically define establishmentarians as the people who think their occupancy of a position of power is the criterion for why they should be in and retain that position of power.)
