One of the mystery viruses that have been going around last few weeks? Hopefully just residual symptoms from the poisoning. I’m finding out more & more people that have contracted the mystery virus I had last summer. Doctors can’t really identify it other than “a virus”.

Cardio only day, 30 minutes incline treadmill. Nothing wrong with it but an observation. I’m convinced that the local AARP chapter has a deal with Planet Fitness. Around 8 - 10 AM there is almost a daily influx of seniors.
