And yeah, I got a new rosebuds shirt I really like! But as we were running in hopes of getting Angel Reese to sign it I managed to get Sharpie all over the arm and missed out on the signature 😭😅

DEI encourages meritocracy because the goal of DEI HR practice is to increase the depth and breadth of the applicant pool. A larger, more inclusive, diverse, equitable applicant pool will lead to more applications and better qualified employees.
