Was not expecting it to have the best Irish folk music I'd heard in a movie in long time.

We've accidentally trained our dog to bring us to the local brewery every Thursday night to play with the owner's dog. It's a real burden having to hang out there for a few hours while they're playing...

Borrow and spend republicans at it again like a person thinking they have money just because their card isn’t quite at the limit yet…

Because they really want you to pay them monthly for cloud storage.

Re-watching Rogue One now after having just seen Andor I'm super impressed at how they wove Melshi into the story. Who I will admit I did not remember the name of from Rogue One even though Andor says it like three times. It's highlighting its own non-main characters at the same time.

I’m superbiased but uh you should stick with Gamestop.
‘Cause I’m still waiting on my email from Nintendo.

There's no need to provide RFK with a budget since he's not going to do anything useful with it anyway.

Rather than calling out the stupidity of RFK bathing in sewage we should encourage more of his followers to do so.

Because ICE officers aren’t law enforcement; they’re just regime thugs.

To add some context to this, there's generally two reasons why I ever hear someone calling another person white and it depends on who is doing it:
1. A POC pointing out our experiences differ, usually accurately. This is less annoying than:
2. Another person assuming shared experience due to tone

In the interests of conversation I'll take a stab: I'm not a fan because it isn't how I identify, I know where my people are from (which is much of Europe) and where I grew up, which is New England, "White" itself isn't a useful description of my experience for me.

As an FO attached to an infantry unit it became pretty obvious that the constant aggrandizement of the 11Bs, while somewhat necessary as a form of motivation, was also dangerous as hell when it came to their decision making.

Do what you gotta do but I prefer numbers myself anyway... and LibreOffice isn't that bad either, I frequently end up using it when clients don't want to spring for another 0365 sub for a short term project.

I do appreciate Trump saying that "we don't have leaders anymore".
comment in response to

It does seem like 90% of the trump blowers I see online list their job as “CEO of <some bullshit no ones ever heard of>”. As if they feel an instinctual need to inflate their importance or fake their way to the other side of the class war.
