Why history matters in one incredible image

Indeed, but the game in the PL isn’t a game for the match going fan, but is for the fan at home, be it Brixton/Bulawayo or Brisbane.
These are the fans they care about, and this is why the championship is more like the good old days, and is better for it
I was morethinking about can we win 9 games

I would like to apologise now, for how miserable I will be😀

It didn’t need to be. Just needed to be accurate, because, as you said, his positioning is too much to the wrong side and CHO saw that
Clever by him and poor from the keeper. Maybe a reason they are signing Trafford

Think you have answered your own question here

It is, and I think there is a big gap too in the 3, based purely on how they play and have accrued their points, and played against us
Yeah 7 years of MR, they probably were fed up of listening to him

Wingers, and ours, I would say, have the individualism
It’s a fine line between flair and individualism

I’m not sure you can play with 2 wingers, and sign another winger and say he doesn’t like individualism
Think he would have gone down the Norwich lineup he had, if he wanted less of that
Tbf I did think he would

Exactly. You will get a better idea of them when they play the other 3 promotion chasers

No right answer here, because it’s based on our opinions, and he wasn’t here long enough this season to see the lineup, but it’s hard for me to see anything BA does, that GR doesn’t do better
Also make the case that the surrounding talent is better this year than last, and league not as good

Absolutely. I want to enjoy the last 2 home games, and also it will mean there is no need for Sky to move the fixtures, because all the jeopardy is gone

If we are meeting them in the playoffs, then I think something has gone wrong with us, and it won’t matter who we’re playing, we are done

It’s all we have

I agree, but the quality of manager, mixed with the quality of player we will be up against means that he’s going to have to get the mix of new players playing quickly

We will be. Everything tells you that. The gap is just getting wider, and attracting the right type of player of quality/height/athleticism to a team who will be around the bottom 3 is a challenge too

By signing a manager who wants the ball and wants to play football would be the main thing, but is just tactically better than the current one
Also I would be slightly disappointed if they don’t have a list, considering the churn of managers in the league. Especially the bottom teams

And it gives them more money for the summer
comment in response to

Sorry, I didn’t mean the summer, I meant during next season
The players they buy in the summer will need to be able to play for both managers
comment in response to

What they need to do is make sure the players they sign can play the style of football, that the new manager would want to play too, and not sign ‘Marsch’ players
Because I would be fairly sure that they will end up changing the manager, so they need some continuity plan

If they don’t, they won’t be short of opinions telling them what’s needed 😀
