Because that makes sense given the world wide Global warming environmental emergency.
Do they think their part of the planet will be magically protected from the disaster?
So much stupid

And it looks like the chair was moved closer for Zelensky.
Proud of Canada. I hope we can help Ukraine more.

Time away from causes of the extreme stress (this includes time away from things you strongly associate with that stress -smells, sounds, etc)
helps reduce severity of symptoms, also knowing my triggers & becoming aware of how I feel allows me to manage it & use strategies to function/live a life

After years of facing intense situations and living through them I do have PTSD. I'm not sure if there is anyway not to.
Therapist have some treatment options that help to reduce the severity of the symptoms but I don't believe there is a cure.

After acknowledging what happened set next longer term goal move on (move on, as in make a conscious decision to put what what just happened behind you, focus on the new goal)
I did a lot of goal setting

I'd set immediate short goals in those 2-3 seconds bites.
Goals like - I'm going to move to there, or I'll hold here & when it stops I'm going to do this.
I'd just keep intense focus on these 2-3 seconds bites until I got through it.
The aftermath. Take a second verbally acknowledge what happened

In situations where I could do nothing but endure, I wouldn't try to endure for 10min or even 1 min. I'd literally focus on enduring for 2-3 seconds, then the next 2-3 seconds
Breaking it down to 2-3sec bites as everything happens around me while looking for any opportunity to change my situation.

In my life, when facing intense life/death situations. I found I could function effectively by shortening thoughts of future down from.. next day, next hour, next minute, to next instant.
What I mean is, instead of trying to survive for minutes, I focused on what I could do in the next 2-3 seconds

The compressor & inverter come as a set and costs 499$ and take 1.5hrs to replace, service company estimates 675$ job to repaire the fridge.
Frigidare has had me spend 1200$ and my fridge still doesn't work.
Moral of the story (Frigidaire is a dishonest corp with really shitty customer service)

Once I recieved technicians report that was also sent to Frigidaire. Frigidaire denied warranty claim on the compressor saying advertised 10yr warranty on fridge compressors doesn't include my model (the add doesn't note any Frigidaire models as being excluded from 10yr warranty)

They said they must use their authorized service tech to identify the problem & billed me 902$ for their tech to confirm the inverter & compressor had failed.
Their tech confirmed the previous findings (inverter power supply to compressor burnt out, motor to compressor seized)

When my fridge failed I called a local refrigerator repair service, their technicians confirmed the inverter was burnt out & the compressor was mechanically siezed 297$ invoice.
I noticed Frigidaire advertises a 10yr warranty on their compressors. So i called to make a warranty claim.

The best air defense in the world is useless if it's not maintained, actually turned on, & manned when an enemy strikes.
Fact sites were hit doesn't necessarily mean AD was shit (although it probably is) it's likely surprise by Isreal meant Irans AD wasn't ready to defend (on, manned, serviceable)

It depends if you and those you care about are in the designated areas the air defense system has designated as it's highest priority to defend and the tricky dance between incoming salvo size and number of interceptors available to defend against the attack.

Military trauma is beyond hard. I’ve sat in some of the lectures from Iraq and it’s insane. It takes a massive amount of effort and resources and Russia hasn’t done that.

I don’t know if this is feasible and maybe it’s not a good idea. But I feel like the thing Californian reps should be doing now, is getting a list of all ICE staff operating in their districts, and reading their names into the record to make a point about removing their anonymity.

Governments in this situation traditionally just nationalize the companies they have a critical dependence on..
Aka YONK, surprise it's not yours anymore

Some countries still do this. They pay poor countries like Haiti to allow them to dump radioactive waste in their territorial waters. Similar to how computer waste and plastic recycling is shipped to poor Asian & African countries for "recycling" which is usually just open unprocessed dumping

Speculation on my part, but perhaps the first drones dropped smoke grenades or flares to mark a safe path towards the air field for subsequent drones to speed up targeting. A flare or smoke grenade would certainly ignite gass.

All this to say of russia's operational air frames, the true limiter is likely 1 or 2 critical parts they have to move from one serviceable airframe to the next in order to conduct missions. If these critical parts were destroyed, the impact to russia bombers fleet could be crippling.

All airframes only have so many useful land/take off cycles /flight hours. maintenance, storage conditions air frame loading are major factors But with bespoke systems like long out of production bombers it's often a lack of 1 or 2 unique critical parts that limit or end operations.
