I must've heard it 30+ times before I heard it back announced this week and went 'wait, what?'

FWIW I had a different one from that brand that did the same thing; my way out of of the cycle was to be gifted a replacement

I initially read that as run up a clear pair of trousers in a flag sense, and I think that would be a great thing to add to the list of signals

You're absolutely right, it hurts like hell but they're so much better than the pet rocks alternative while they're here. It's too soon/raw now, but it can really help to pull together a load of your pictures and put together a photobook of them so you've got something tangible

Apparently when my Kiwi boss's daughters were small, they were disappointed that the ferry they were about to travel on wasn't the fairy they'd been expecting.

I recently heard Osman say something along the lines of people panic on quizzes and may only really respond to one word of the question (or something) - with that in mind virtually every answer in this section of the Eye now make complete sense, to the point you could imagine yourself giving it.

Could they set up some kind of subscription service, because this sounds excellent

Bought with under 15k on the clock in 2008, got rid in 2020 with 170k. Southern UK, and got a whole £50 for the trade in. I think it'll have been scrapped as needed work, but I'm still too emotionally attached to put the reg number into the MOT website and find out for sure.

If anything, from that list the airships aren't even the most likely thing to end up on fire (though that might not be the best angle to take with the marketing)

Y'see, my rudimentary grasp of physics is why it's a good job I wasn't there at the time - I hadn't thought about scalability. I was comparing 'little' 20s/30s liners, but of course those were increasing in capacity all the time to get to where we are today

When you see the marketing images of what the inside of passenger airships could be like, it does make me wonder how big that mode of transport would have got if a Hindenburg type event hadn't happened for, say, another decade. Apart from the danger, it looks so appealing!

I thought for a second they were going to pull off the mother of all comebacks (enjoyed both teams though)

Whoever worked on the graphics in this had clearly met a horse with an 'I am over your shit' vibe in real life, as they've nailed the expression on this

I just want to move to the forest and retrain as a squirrel

I had this on cassette, which ages me somewhat

There's a well known sports bra brand that has a whole section on its website that basically boils down to 'whatever fits you perfectly across all styles in real life, we suggest you go up a back size in ours'...or maybe make them match?! (Annoyingly they're very good, so we we put up with it)

They deserve many good things to happen. So too do you, but the chaos house does tend to have other ideas

The fact is sounds like he can't tell his arse from it widens the field somewhat
