Exactly but then that doesnāt play to the flag shaggers that believe the UK is the only country in the entire world with a (barely) functioning health system.

How so?

Oh, my sweet summer child you havenāt yet seen the āresultsā of what you voted for.

Well it does help someone, it helps the billionaires, who in turn help the friendly politicians stay in power.
But Iām just being pedantic, you are spot on.
But Iām sure if the govt punish enough disabled people then trickle down economics will finally be a reality.

Maybe if just concentrated on being the Labour Party they would fair better.
Just a thought.

Yeah but what on?
Not on our own children apparently.

By pre-ordering a Ā£15 book that isn't released for another few months?
Why can't anyone just tell you a bit more about these theories they have?
Is it a big secret or something?
Very odd.

In actual fact you would probably find the opposite is true.
People are scared of the unknown.
I will bet that many (if not most) Reform voters have barely ever spoken to someone from say, Syriaā¦let alone live in multicultural areas themselves.

I absolutely detest this line of thought, it suggests that anyone not constantly worried about immigration must live in the leafy suburbs.
And consequently all the people who are worried must therefore be low income, poorly educatedā¦basically too stupid to know better.
It's so fucking patronising.

Understandable, I support Scottish independence.
You seem to have answered a question I didn't ask though.
I'll ask again.
Who am I supposed to be looking at who bankrolls Starmer in an attempt to bring down the Labour Party?
comment in response to

Who are they are why would they want to bring down a Labour govt?

Placed by whom though?
Doesn't really make sense.
I'm more inclined to believe he's just a morally bankrupt opportunist (in a similar vein to Johnson) than some kind of sleeper agent.

Exactly.
As I said my own (fairly financially depressed) community has taken in many asylum-seekers and for the most part we have all rubbed along just fine.
Of course there is some grumbling but as you say it is mostly from the gullible.
Itās an issue but there are many others ahead of it.

If we stay with Labour we get Reform too.
Just in different coloured ties.
Basically, we are fucked.

Telling that you should compare him to four previous Tory PMs.
We expected them to be awful.
A lot of people expected better from a Labour PM.

Heās far too beige to be embroiled in a scandal sadly.
Although we thought this about Major and turns out that he was knocking off Edwina Curry.
Soā¦š¤·āāļø

But Iām sure that these would be child killers all had legitimate concerns that we should have been pandering to.
Bet they enjoyed the raid clips nearly as much as you did.
comment in response to

Not that itās any of your business but I live in a multi cultural area and within a few miles of two separate former hotels that have been used for housing asylum seekers.
The only real trouble there has ever been is when some murderous thickets tried to burn one of them down with people in it.
comment in response to

Ah the old āmetropolitan eliteā argument.
Straight out of the right-wing playbook.
Pathetic.
Iām also not sure that recreating a pound shop version of Trumpās ICE raids is the best way of ālearningā from the US.

They seem to have been since the day after they gained power.
Very odd.

Theyāre not tackling the gangs though are they?
They are ātacklingā the victims of the gangs and then broadcasting it to satisfy the cruelty lust of ghouls like you.
comment in response to

Maybe, I suppose pissing even more people off would be consistent with their agenda.
comment in response to

We don't yet know what awfulness they have in store regarding welfare cuts but I wouldn't be surprised to see the polls tick up slightly in their favour after the big reveal in a few weeks time.
comment in response to

The general public isn't accurately represented on Bluesky, sadly.
Successive governments haven't demonisised people on benefits because it's unpopular.

Anyway I'll leave you guys to wank each other off over weapons of mass destruction.
I'll take the dog for a walk.
Muted.

And repeat ad nauseam until a handful of guys are waving around full trees that are too heavy to ever hit anyone with.

Itās right there on their site.
Basically Anti-nuke, pro-Nato.
No sure why that should worry anyone except maybe arms suppliers.

So set up safe and legal routes that barely anyone seeking asylum would be able to use as they aren't desirable in a capitalist sense?
Gotcha.
comment in response to

The second-hand embarrassment on reading this is some of the strongest I've ever encountered.
The fact that whoever made it thought to include welfare cuts as an achievement of a Labour govt is actually nuts.
The Tory press aren't destroying the LP you silly sausageā¦you are.
comment in response to

I'm happy with the Greens.
But difficult to say as nobody has seen any actual policies from the other perspective party as yet, it may not even happen.
If you are asking would I support a party on name/legacy alone, then no I wouldn't, I will leave that type of thing up to āLabour menā.

I wasn't offering any but your childish attitude to anyone who may have slightly differing views to your own is telling.

of your last post.

Or, you know, maybe his opinions have altered as times (and govts) have changed instead of stubbornly clinging to opinions constructed along party lines. š¤·āāļø
comment in response to

I'm more pragmatic than forgiving so can certainly accept that not everything a (supposedly) left-leaning govt should be doing can be done within 6 months but I'm not prepared to accept them barely doing any of it.
And in some cases doubling down on Tory policy.
comment in response to
post
Same, and the LP seems to further validate that decision with every passing day.
comment in response to

What do you have in mind?
Iām sure the govt would be open to ideas on how we could even get close to doing that.
comment in response to

Anyway on further inspection you appear to be a bot.
5k+ replies over a very short period, many with very similar or exact scaffolding.
Blocked.

You need to improve your comprehension and think a little more instead of jumping to the most overly simplistic conclusion.
You are a Reform party door knocker's wet dream.
The world will never be without borders (sadly).
āOpen bordersā cannot inherently be a part of managed migration.
comment in response to
post
It literally isn't but you carry on spouting right-wing bollocks whilst pretending to lean left.
Own your own beliefs.
comment in response to
post
The fact you are regurgitating Reform/Farage nonsense (open borders, accept democracy, blahā¦) tells me you might actually like it just fine.
I don't know why you bother resisting, just vote Reform if thats your bag.
No need to be shy.
comment in response to

āDidā
Again more irony, credibility is not something I would associate with a party that has shat away a near 20 point lead in just 6 months and in doing so opened the door wider for Farage.
comment in response to

Fortunately for the majority of us, Muskās promises seem about as reliable as Reforms.

What possesses otherwise good people to continue to vote for this awful specimen?
He is possibly the most puzzling example out of the turds that wouldn't flush.
comment in response to

The UK govt daren't ask the EU for anything as it is shit scared of admitting it might need something.
Ironic you should mention cultism given this ridiculous pigheadedness.
