Even sweet tea. Slave-owners would throw all the most expensive ingredients into one thing and make it a Southern staple. Ice...in the South? Expensive tea? Expensive sugar? "Oooh, opportunity to show how rich we are, let's drink some sweet, sweet, sweet, ice cold gold." Everything.

...the calm focus that it's already brought. Just an hour and a half in. I have plans for the day, a list to work with, and feel the focus to actually get shit done. Emotionally even; thoughts relatively linear. Words are so much easier to find, grasp hold of, and get them down on "paper."

Last time I had my medicinal support, I had a daily writing practice. I wrote around 40,000 words over the course of that time—the word count of a novella and the lowest bound of an average non-fiction book. Excited at what re-upping my internal support will bring. That said, I also missed...
