My son is in flight school at Springbank. We went for dinner tonight and he read me the rules about airspace during G7. Let me simply say, he’s gonna wait until Wednesday to fly. He did ask a friend if he wants to see an F18 up close! 😂

Happy you had some great weather. We were there during the wettest July in centuries and were told that God gave Ireland the best beaches in the world and, as a cruel joke, then made it rainy and cold everyday. It’s a gorgeous country and we met the best people. Enjoy the rest of your trip.

💯 I saw this firsthand with my youngest son… refuses to put in the work, won’t network, won’t even put himself out there. Then he’s surprised when his girlfriend (a college grad with a great job, friends, takes care of herself) breaks up with him. Either mope or get your shit together. 💁🏻♀️

This happened to me in the 2015 AB election. I thought polls closed at 830. Showed up just a few mins after 8 only to be told polls were closed. Shrugged my shoulders and vowed to do better next time. It. Was. A. Tie. My sister uses my story as an example in her classroom!!

🥲Reading to my children was also the best part of my day. Their freshly washed hair, ready for bed in clean pyjamas, cuddled together on the couch and reading their favourite books to them while having them beg for “one more chapter.” Nothing better imo.
