We're at the part 100 years ago when Herbert Hoover was elected. Ten years from now, when we have to go to war because of these dumbass isolationist views, then I will be telling everyone about what I did. These people will only understand when they experience pain, like Republicans in 30s and 40s.

I have Ernest Hemingway's The Sun Also Rises, A Farewell to Arms, and For Whom the Bell Tolls from the 50s; those are some of my favorite books. They are a little rough around the edges, but that's what makes them great.

Good book, very controversial back in the early 90s when it was released. The violence isn't that controversial now.
