...but it just sucks so profoundly. The date went great, we spent 2 1/2 hours together, we tried to rescue a baby bird that we thought might have a broken wing! Everything seemed to click in the texts and in-person, and then... nothing.
I deleted the apps. Not up for this rollercoaster anymore.

I texted her after I got home, said how much I'd enjoyed it and looked forward to seeing her again, and... nothing until late that night. "...while I have enjoyed our conversations, I didn’t feel that spark that I want to feel." And I can't really be upset with that...
