A number of people reacted to our LLM PS paper by asking if we can code more qual & especially interpretive methods. One suggestion was literally capturing a *method_interpretive* field (yes/no/uncertain). Anyone have ideas on how to write that prompt? I'm not opposed to it, but it seems... rough

We're thinking through how to represent the average of the political science literature. Does it make sense to take the article as the core unit or the journal? e.g. for saying how common survey experiments are over time. Journals vary dramatically in how much they publish

100%! My additional recommendation for studies like this would be to also do it with cluster robust errors and worry a lot if they're giving you a much more conservative result than HLM. Different versions of this problem can crop up quite easily.
