tbh if I were making a bot block list, I'd start with your followers. Even with 280K followers, I truly believe that nothing of value would be lost.

But people who care about one aspect of an issue need not perform ritual allyship as to other aspects of that issue. I've seen people flood your mentions demanding you condemn every Israeli massacre in the Gaza Strip. Those people are wrong;

this nasty dork will call anyone literally anything.

lol okay bud.
comment in response to post
no, your first statement is speculation stated as fact. It's just not a fact at all.
comment in response to post
lol so you just made it up.

I'm seeing bill maher on right now.

ngl that makes zero sense and sounds like propaganda, bud. see also "Israel made the desert bloom."
comment in response to post
Kristin are you a bot or simply one of our dumbest fellow Americans?
comment in response to post
lol watch out for the wallet inspector? 🤷‍♂️
comment in response to post
oh okay.
comment in response to post
...he's live-tweeting the broad strokes of the event, not writing an editorial. 🤷‍♂️

What is "non-territory Israel?"
comment in response to post
tbh I'm infinitely more concerned about criminalizing protest/beating the shit out of protestors masked as "fighting antisemitism," when it comes to the NYC mayoral election.

lol Goddamn he's a fragile one. Checked to see if the comments he based his blocks on were extra harsh, and nope! Dude just doesn't like any criticism.
comment in response to post
lol he blocked sooo many people over this. Genuinely bizarre behavior.
comment in response to post
did either of these publish the data or crosstabs? I had to translate the page, so I might have just missed them.
comment in response to post
I don't think Greenblatt was asking the owner of Truth Social to ask the owner of X The Everything App to turn down the antisemitism knob. I think you're just defending a fascist who was calling for more fascism. 🤷‍♂️
comment in response to post
lol people on here will just say any old thing.
comment in response to post
"Greenblatt calls for the Trump admin to put a stop to the perpetuation of blood libels on social media" bro that's not a thing, you're both just fascists. 🤷‍♂️

mostly just him and his "transracial" mutual.

Considering that he thinks Lipstadt's unhinged suggestion that college protesters were coordinating with Hamas (and BEFORE!! 10/7) might have merit, I'd say he's got at least a couple of screws loose.
comment in response to post
They've publicly smeared so many people they've arrested/detained, including outright lying about people multiple times. I hope more of them sue these assholes.

Here's a bloomberg article that came out during the middle of it. It got personal and ugly. archive.ph/YWw34

I'm pretty sure they started speaking directly about how rich the guys had become (including the price of the homes they had all bought recently), and what they were fighting for. The juxtaposition was incredibly shameful.
comment in response to post
I don't know if you have much familiarity with union negotiations, but it's always amicable when it's over. They folded only when the union started speaking openly. The posts are gone now, but consider how bad the "union-busters" label is for them, and what it would take for employees to go there.
comment in response to post
hmm I don't really believe he wishes JG hadn't called for investigations or anything more severe.
comment in response to post
Okay Holden Bloodfeast, it's time for you to either retire or follow Gerry Connolly into the sun. You are a garbage leader.
comment in response to post
I bailed when they were being cheap asses during their employee union negotiations. I can't even remember the details, but I remember they're greedy as fuck and it pissed me off.
comment in response to post
jesus christ. We need to tax all billionaires back into reality, not pander to them. Even the ones who aren't nazi.
comment in response to post
yikes, Pritzker. 😬
comment in response to post
And I don't disagree with what you said about Pritizker condemning trump and bad faith accusations, but I never assume any politician isn't talking out both sides of their mouth. I believe the overwhelming majority of people, even non-leftists, will think of campus protests when they hear that.
comment in response to post
When Pritzker says that as if what he's talking about is self-evident, my mind goes to columbia and congress. Which rw antisemitic incidents are currently salient that I should have assumed he was talking about instead?
comment in response to post
There is very little actual antisemitism in the Columbia report. What they cite is almost entirely criticism of Israel, support for Palestine, or outright bad faith.
comment in response to post
Except RW antisemitism isn't what anyone thinks Pritzker means. There haven't been congressional hearings on rising RW antisemitism. Nobody has been expelled or arrested for being a neonazi on campus, and 0 unis made 300-page reports about it. It's all been anti-genocide/pro-Palestine protests.

sounds like a question all the lawyers who declared that this person had committed a crime, and all the people who repeated them, should have looked into first. Or hedged, as opposed to confidently talking out of their ass.
comment in response to post
🤷‍♂️ You're allowed to be wrong about whether it has a definite, knowable answer.
comment in response to post
"Is there enough info in those posts to say that that person committed the crime of structuring without qualifying it?" It has a definite answer and it's not an essay question.
comment in response to post
I'm not asking about the uncertainties of a jury either. Just the info given, as if it were an exam question.
comment in response to post
not the question dan. I'm looking at screenshots of what YOU said, and how you said it.
comment in response to post
*without qualifying it*
comment in response to post
guys, I'm literally asking about one thing, and one thing only, and it is not "is it possible that you will get prosecuted regardless of whether or not it's a crime." It's whether there is enough info in those posts to say that that person committed the crime of structuring without qualifying it.
comment in response to post
I'm not defending any behavior, actually.
comment in response to post
And since you point that out, how much was the total in the screenshots?
comment in response to post
He said: "Abod had trouble receiving a wire of over $2000. He asked us to cap future transfers at $1,500..." What was Abod's exact trouble, Dan?
comment in response to post
I think no is right but that you're wrong on multiple details, so I'll wait for dan to weigh in. He's the one that's been making big claims, without any qualification, that someone is committing crimes.
comment in response to post
You are claiming that I am committing the crime of structuring, per se, if I break up a $2000 payment into two $1000 to get a 10% fee on each instead of a 20% fee?
comment in response to post
what about if I'm doing it to avoid a higher fee? Or a requirement to accept the payment in a different form with worse terms if it's over a certain amount? Or any other business/non-legal consideration?
comment in response to post
"..to avoid hitting a certain amount." Any amount, Dan? Or amounts that trigger (or you perceive to trigger) reporting requirements?
