I'm still using the other files for compatibility reasons - even if it's a project that isn't collaborative or deployed anywhere (yet?). I have a mise.toml in my home directory, but not in projects.

Great work and write-up, thank you! Seeing oj in a project always makes me a bit sad - shouldn't need it!

Letterboxd works v well for movies! Some limited/mini-series TV listed. If I want to track other TV it goes on my appletv up next. Works for me, and i watch more movies and fewer shows, i like it!

i used to edc a knife. mostly used it on boxes. occasionally was a mini-hero when someone needed a knife for this or that. but mostly i just thought knives were cool. still do!

I switched to mise after headaches with frum (openssl, yjit, etc... and it seems to be abandoned?). I'm very impressed so far! It's fast and easy to setup, I haven't hit any gotchas yet. Not sure I'll need the env/task features. ASDF's refusal of version codenames (default) was a no-go for me.

Me. Use it everywhere, but LOVE it in spec setups! Coming from javascript, having to write `create :thing, some_name: some_name, other_thing: other_thing` felt a bit ridiculous. I've had teammates that hate it - nice that you can set rubocop to :either so you can "write it your way".

All good now. Should have done the DNS verification in Netlify instead of Squarespace Domains (moved from Google Domains)

Actually looked around and decided to give mise a chance (mise.jdx.dev). Easy to setup! Dropped n to use mise for node as well. Looks promising (asdf but fast), we'll see how it holds up!

Congratulations on figuring that out and getting treatment, it is (ironically?) very difficult - an achievement in itself. I was diagnosed at 40, and pretty much fueled by anxiety until then. Things are better now, and continue to get better. Hoping the same for you!
