Yep. That works.

Which is why it is not ONE man. It’s a handful of billionaires, white nationalists, and Christian fascists nationalists (at its core, the Heritage Foundation) and toadie cultists hangerons.

Hmmm. I can definitely see that: epigenetic justice?

Iagree that is what we’re forced to do about practically everything now (hold two POV at one time) but we still need to speak out. I have a dear relative who works at the primate center. I can love the person and hate what they do for a living. I get the zoo’s mission, but parading animals? No.

Anyone who cares about comprehensive, well-researched, nonpartisan journalism that holds power to account, this is who you should be contributing to. ProPublica isn’t afraid of Voldemort nor built on a pro-profit media model.

Only MAGA poor are clueless here. This is totally calculated. He knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s trying to drive crypto investment and manipulate the markets to enrich himself and his cronies.

Reminder: MAGA voted for this… (Of course against their better interests).

IS THIS FOR REALS? X Post?

As an Oregonian who watched Bynum triumph over Laurie Chavez the Reemer (who ran despicable lie-based ads targeting Bynum as well as a moronic split personality disorder one she starred in), I feel for our new congressional Rep. It has got to suck watching that system leech in her cabinet post.

I never once took my kid to the Oregon zoo and he doesn’t feel like he missed a thing.

Portland zoo is for tourists and suburban immigrants. Portlanders struggle to make sense of the abomination.

Meanwhile, Jamal Khashoggi’s wife Hatice and his children endure never-ending grief and zero justice.

Free, free, set her free… OK I get what zoos are up to but parading wildlife for human entertainment is as bad as Oregon Health Science’s primate center doing research on macaques and beagles when computer models and mice suffice. Shameful.

Hashimotos came to visit me…again. Sigh. I even tried to go off grid to get off the Trump stress, anxiety and anger train. It’s too much. May MAGA suffer enduring hell in the afterlife they’ll never get.

I’d argue: ProPublica Rocky Mountain News

Nah, anyone who sat out this election would have voted for Trump.

Yep. But MAGA don’t care. They yell about FREEDOM but celebrate dictators they think are delivering what they personally believe in.

But now gov is signing a bill that reinstates the practice with a stipulation that social workers checkin with out-of-state placed kids every 2 weeks. Granted, previously they never checked in but now if some psycho foster parent is holding a gun to your head what is a kid going to say? “All good.”

Not enough financial reimbursement to convince couples/families to take them in. And let’s face it—parenting is a thankless job already. State reversed course for a year or so after children and teens reported severe abuse (sexual, emotional, physical) at these out-of-state facilities and homes.
