I see banned words and I'll use my thesaurus. Please suggest revisions, especially ones with asterisks. Those were the most difficult for me to define, but there are certainly others that could use some revision!

"Injustice" also seems to be a concerning addition to the list.

University-filed patent applications demonstrate increased gender parity in allowance rates and continued prosecution, compared to their small and large entity industry equivalents. Thank you so much to UGA - Terry College of Business, MIT, and Chicago-Kent for supporting our efforts. (2/2)

Women, people of color, and women of color are more visible in representing the federal government (as opposed to private-sector clients) in patent appeals. Those original findings inform our proposals to make the patent system, and high-level law practice generally, more diverse and inclusive.

In this piece, we show the lack of diversity by gender and race of those presenting oral arguments at the Federal Circuit in patent cases. The disparities (with white men presenting 82% of oral arguments and women of color presenting 2%) bear no correlation to attorney performance.

Anthropology - took it as my non-Western requirement. I ended up majoring in it (along with chemistry) and now I write about diversity, equity, and inclusion in IP :)

It takes me about an hour and a half to write the ideal answer on a three hour exam. Then I take another few hours to synthesize the point system I'm allocating for the essay. Then I'll go through 10 essays to see if I missed anything on my point system (5-10 hours), then it's about 30 mins/test

I certainly hope that's not true, but the precedent potentially set by Fearless Fund (www.npr.org/2024/09/11/n...) combined with these recent lawsuits does worry me.

The size and angle of the strap - even if the second one is considered additional - also seems substantially different.

Write your rubric, show them their score, and then show them an answer I scored better.
With respect to requirements, I've had conversations from "It sounds like you're really stressed - are there other stressors besides my class?" to "who gave you permission to talk like that to me?"
