Hey folks: for those of you fortunate to be homeowners and in a place where cottonwoods grow, make sure to get outside and clean out the coils on your outdoor air conditioner condenser. There's probably a ton of cotton clogging up the fins and making it less efficient! I couldn't believe mine!
