My first book 📕 is about fear, outgrowing it. But this civilization keeps throwing 💩 all around. If you feel overwhelmed, talk with someone. Speak up without fear in an environment where you feel safe. Deflate the anxiety by expressing yourself and feel the love that is behind the darkness.
