Honestly the Let's Go games on Switch are perfect starter Pokemon games. I'd also say Sword and Shield to experience the classic Pokémon formula but with modern applications.

Yeah, the compass is rough in the first Grandia but I didnt need to rely on it all too much. I didn't mind getting lost and exploring the dungeons or overworld sections. If I gave myself a landmark, that helped me remember where I am.

I get that, but I also haven't upgraded to the PS5 either despite its improvements. I want to focus on the games I have for my current devices before I get distracted and buy more games that I won't have time to play.

Yeah, I hope third parties learn that the game key card concept is something consumers aren't sold on. I also just don't feel inclined to get a Switch 2 since I'm pretty happy with the OLED Switch and its backlog.

Exactly! I thought maybe there would be another PMD remake after the first one, but I'm guessing it didn't sell as well? I'm going to hold off on seeking the DS version until it either a) drops to a more affordable price or b) I have enough trafe in credit somewhere to get it for cheap.

That was the absolute worst when fighting the final boss in Sonic Frontiers. The game would literally pause its health bar before you could defeat it just so it could finish its monologue.

Yeah, sometimes I would have a party member or two who get pushed to the back for the entirety of the game because of said choice paralysis. With just the four, you really feel like you can experiment with just them.

Yeah, the movie definitely took some creative liberties to probably match Nimona's more animated personality. I'm sure the book is still great, but I just haven't had a chance to dive into it yet.
