Between today’s rulings on citizenship and age verification, the Court is taking a torch to the constitution and stripping away Americans’ core rights. This is a good time to remind everyone that I have the comprehensive court reform bill to expand the court.

Actually, the fact that this Court paused nationwide rulings while they consider the issue means every single nationwide ban issued by a Trump judge (including during the Biden era) needs to be challenged in court. I’m thinking about student loan forgiveness and mifepristone…

- Environmental regulations continue to be enforced despite rulings against them (just not against plaintiffs).

The left has to use this decision, not just criticize it.

This is a clear example of bad faith engagement with a Muslim official. Journalists and lobbyists repeatedly demand that they condemn political movements and phrases they aren't part of. We don't ask every Protestant to condemn abortion clinic bombers or every Jewish official to condemn Islamophobia
