Just a complete misunderstanding of the point of college in the first place, which means it will probably happen because most parents don't seem to understand the point of sending their kids to college.

I think about this regularly and I think the first 4 or 5 seasons of Veep are probably the funniest thing that's ever been on TV. (All of the seasons are good, but they lose a little heat towards the end.)

This all feels very Old Knicks.

I cannot BELIEVE they just fired him to fire him. The Knicks are so back ☚ī¸

BOY* do I love Culver's đŸ¤ĻđŸģ

Your book is on my list to read, but this just bumped it up a few spots because not do I love Culver's

And here I thought I was going to get a little break from the Knicks-related anxiety!

That was also my first thought. I know very little about Bryant in terms of coaching philosophy. First time HC with a roster with these expectations makes me nervous!

Yeah, some CBA stuff locked in how much they could pay Hartenstein given that they were already carrying a lot of salary. I think they would/could have cleared room to sign him at as much as they could offer him, but OKC came back with a way bigger offer that you can expect a guy to turn down.

Jay Wright is the funniest possible choice that might actually work out.

It would honestly be so sick if they poached Becky Hammond

As a Knicks fan who just lost to the Pacers and who had OKC sign away Hartenstein, I support this. (Also, Dolan is allegedly feuding with the league -- I'd 100% believe he did this with that goal in mind.)

Mother Nature also shocked by the Thibs news as we are in our basement listening to tornado sirens for the second time in the last 30 minutes.

I really hope that's the case. Plus, get the new coach in pre-draft/free agency.

The complete underutilization of Bridges from day one was not great. They not only didn't maximize him, they seemingly minimized him. We saw what he could do as a secondary ball handler periodically in the playoffs.

(Literally the least believable thing I've ever written.)

I guess Thibs was distracted thinking about something other than basketball 😂

At least you would have died listening to a banger!

Also feels like they absolutely minimized Bridges this year with the way they played. Use him better next year and it could go from an absurd overpay to just a regular overpay.

Our favorite theater here in KC does a yearly "Cage Match" where they do a 5-movie Nic Cage marathon every summer. They played Red Rock West two years ago (what a cool, under seen gem!) and Valley Girl this year.

Most of all, it will always be the first playoffs with our baby. Singing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star as the game goes to OT to try to get him to sleep. Trying not to yell at big plays because he's asleep in my arms. I can't wait to share the joy and the misery of sports fandom with him.

When I look back I will unfortunately always remember the game 1 collapse against Indy, but I'll also remember the Jalen shot to close out Detroit, everything about the Boston series, the KAT explosion in game 3 of the ECF. Really fun playoffs full of huge moments.

Bridges playing like it's preseason out there. I don't even know why he's in there.

Same 😂

Think the Knicks are dictating a lot of what's happening. More than in games 1, 2, 4 and the first half of 3, at least. Pacers are still running, but it feels like they're more worn down than usual and the Knicks are getting under their skin a little.

I can't decide if I'm more annoyed at Jalen, again, trying to squeeze the ball to Mitch or the Siakam leak out. Huge bucket by OG to bring it back to 4, feels like we rarely score on those rushed, end-of-quarter shots.

Finally!

I get that Brunson might have bumped Nembhard first, but that doesn't mean you can just shove him 😂

How many of those were in the playoffs? Or, more specifically, how often did they play the same team in the next game?

I told my wife I'm going to be agonizing over that game for the rest of our lives.

I'm in tight little shoes is definitely my favorite 😂

I would err against making big roster changes and lean into continuity + additions on the edges of the roster, like you're suggesting. I'm mixed on if you bring back Thibs or not.
