The more academy players, the better. I don’t have the football IQ to know what makes a top level player, but I’d rather see more of our own. If they make it, it seems to me, you’ll attract more of the best young players.

I agree that Poch produced miracles, but those 11 are mostly experienced veterans. No teenagers, I’m pretty sure.

So true. I may be overly optimistic, but I still believe that a winning run in the UEL is possible. If those that are supposed to return, do return, and stay fit.

If this is true, may I suggest we need 2 or 3 CB’s this summer. Cannot rely on VDV or Romero from an injury standpoint. Many don’t feel Radu is a good fit (I’m not sure, yet). That leaves Danso, who most of us have never seen play. Am I way off the mark? COYS

Spurs next 5 weeks: League-get closer to relegation zone, only 8 points now. League Cup-out on Feb 6th at Liverpool. FA Cup-out on Feb 9th at Villa. UEL-out Feb 20th after loss over 2 legs. Hope I’m wrong, but it’s very possible.

This is about what I expected. Although, it really is a dull affair. Spurs not showing any energy, and Tamworth doing what they need to do. Unless, there is some extra energy Spurs don’t look like scoring. Is it straight to PKs or 30 minutes more?
