As PR staff at the MFA Boston years ago, I walked Peter Wolf (J Geils Band) and his photographer around for a photo shoot. Also, John Updike. But not at the same time. 😛

Heather, you are a strong voice for American and, of course, for Maine. I urge you and the “powers that be” in Maine to work together to convince Sen Collins to stand against Trump. Swinging a handful of moderate senators may be our only chance to stop him.

I don’t see any women either. Or they sure aren’t very noticeable.

You gave up your power by being an independent. It’s not that you’re not welcome, but that you disinvited yourself. Pick a side and vote.

Isn’t that a US flag on his lapel? The first thing I noticed was the unpleasant closeup. The second thing was the flag pin.

They’re banning water vapor? Does this mean planes can no longer fly over LA? Morons.

Just another way Trump is destroying our country. Anyone who voted for him is complicit.

AZ State hosts more international students than most Ivies.

But wasn’t he hired on his merit?

Harvard is not even in top 20 for accepting the most international students. More go to AZ State, Purdue, Penn State etc. This affects red and blue states. We should all be proud that our schools attract the best and brightest from around the world. But Trump destroys everything he touches.

He will forever be a stain on this country.

Slowing down in our 80s is not news. Instead talk about how well he ran the country, despite his physical failings. Economy was envy of the world, he repaired relationships with allies, surrounded himself with excellent people. Now in just a few months, an addled brained idiot has destroyed it all.

NPR, i will now stop following you. I have stopped believing that you are a reliable news source. What an absolute loss for true journalism. You used to be one of the best. Trump and his minions have so obviously infiltrated you.

So I guess we just tell those older senior citizens (in their 80s-90s) who live off their dwindling savings to wait a bit. Come on, gramps, don’t panic.

#WethePeople hold RFK Jr., the GOP senators that confirmed him & Trump responsible for these deaths. When #Truth no longer matters, well-established science is rejected & facts are replaced with propaganda for personal/political gain, there are tragic consequences. #ImpeachTrump #DefendtheRepublic

Why would any female student go to any college in a state with an abortion ban?? Our young adults need to stand up for their rights

Why would I waste my time? There are so many interesting people in the world to interview, and you think your audience cares about this loser.

Musk’s money or threat to primary moc won’t actually matter when the public hates him so much that they’ll vote against anyone he supports. Honestly, he’s rendering himself powerless. He really isn’t very good at being a genius.

Over 1 million foreign students come to study in US every year, and they contribute over $40 mil to the economy (according to Forbes article from 2023.) With attacks on higher ed, there’s no doubt these students will go to schools in other countries, taking their money and intelligence with them.

This sounds like the McKinsey version of the presidency. Plus, I don’t believe the constitution mentions efficiency. And what happens when a pres has absolute control but is also a complete idiot?
