Ug. FFS is right. All that private equity leaves behind is the false idea that no one wants to go to Toys “R” Us and see toys in person. And no one wants to go to a crafting store and interact with human beings. They just want to buy it online. And I don’t believe it true. RIP

I wet brined a turkey once and I blocked out exactly how it went but it was incredibly nasty and messy. I think the food turned out OK but it taught me that it was a lot of work for a bird that not everyone enjoys eating. :-) I think the next year I got Portland’s best barbecue and that was a hit.
