This also goes against a deal he made with China when he was president in 2020. So, like, why even bother making deals and agreements with countries if we are just going back on them? We look weak AF. Fuck this guy.

I try to take a step back and control the things I can in my daily life. That helps keep me distracted. Surrounding yourself with reasonable and rational people also helps. (I purged quite a few MAGA cultists from my socials.)
