I just dusted off my unused account to upvote you. Good luck!

Looks like it's about time I ship that half-done project I've had for several months.

Funny how that works. I also have spent a lot of time trying to polish my writing to sound more native. And now it's much better to do the opposite of that lol

It's a double-edged sword of losing potential customers due to that or due to the fact that they don't like the advertised price.

Looks like I caught that habit of replying to comments 4-5 days later. I think I learned that from you.

That was my #1 issue a few years ago. Still, keeping it at 2-3 targets max feels off.

Such is life. 😅

Like everything, we have to pick our battles. I could have done podcasting, or grow a YouTube channel. But that would be me chasing "new, shiny" tactics and spreading myself too thin.

I'd have been all over that thing if you launched on September of 2022. Around the time my writing was taking off. But hey, we live and we learn.

A veeeery underrated aspect of it.

Sometimes I ride the wave off of pure adrenaline. No caffeine needed. Other times I can barely check my emails lol

Me doing some late nite coding with no caffeine and like 5-6 open tabs?

Hahaha rough indeed. 😅 "Dislike" is putting it mildly. I don't use the word "hate" that often for most things...

It's all a balance between what makes me happy and what makes family members happy as well lol

True. I didn't "enjoy it" as much as what most people would think. But still... I didn't spend most of the time on the pc working on projects either. 😆

Yeah. Quite intense indeed. My first contact with programming was pseudo code. And then got thrown into the deep end with C. And for the object orientation, I was introduced to the supposed "wonderful" language of Java... 😑
comment in response to post
I touched my first lines of C from an intro course in college. I always loved tech & computers but C programming was the hardest challenge for me. Fun fact: I liked more making cool GUIs with ASCII characters than making fully functioning programs. 😆

Yep, yep. 1000%

Nice. I've been hearing lots of positive stuff about the Rails framework for years. It's a shame that I never learned Ruby, had a good reason to do so, or did any major backend work that warranted it.

Same. Routine is nice at the start but it gets pretty tiring quickly. Part of what I do is to make sure I don't have to get a regular job again.

Thank you Miguel. I love you back!

B does it for me. And I believe it can improve further.

N8n IS indeed very cool. Wish I could have more time to tinker around with it. The Telegram message feature is super dope.
