I had a boss once who “managed” in this way. He thought he was so brilliant…. Just cut everything off and wait. And “the real needs will come forth and everything else is just waste”. He was Stupid. Arrogant. Lazy. Bully. Zero collaboration. Just straight up jerk authoritarian. Everyone hated him.

DOGE is supposed to be eliminating waste, Mia management. And yet they have made a huge number of mistakes. No pun intended. In my opinion, everything mask has ever worked has ended up being a total screwup. Look it up. He is just as bad at great ideas, as Trump is in running successful businesses.

Please stop looking back. Please stop whining about DJT (yes he deserves it. No, we don’t have time for it) Please get a proactive action plan in place and start communicating and leading. They had four years to prepare for these moments and they are prepared clearly. We are not. Let’s get going!
