It’s concerning in Aust too, as we go into winter. The sheer number of children and infants with RSV, pertussis, SARS-Cov-2, influenza and pneumonia is notable. Yet health depts always recommend hand washing, Not cleaning the air or masking. #SarsCov2 #Influenza #RSV #pertussis #mycoplasma

This isn’t exactly correct. 2 MMR doses are 97% effective at preventing infection- enough to drive measles out of circulation if enough ppl are vaccinated due to HERD immunity. But if herd immunity is broken, you still have a small chance of becoming infected if it’s circulating widely. So mask up

A quadriplegic man named Normand Meunier died via MAiD (Medical Assistance in Dying) after being neglected for 4 days in ER. He was denied a specialized mattress, wasn’t turned & ended up with terrible bed sores. His partner says she was threatened with removal from the ER for advocating for him 🧵
