This is a desperate plea to Authors on substack at this point. We all know what it's like to have Amazon as a dominant body we don't want to deal with but for many its the only option - we still look for alternatives. Substack isn't the only option. There's loads. Ditch the Nazi bar.

I'm just one lowly person, but yes we've been flying Southwest almost exclusively for the last few years because of the free checked bags—getting my kid to & from college, for example. We've earned a ton of miles & considered ourselves pretty loyal. Guess that's over now.

If you're still on Substack but want to make the move elsewhere, I highly recommend Ghost. Email [email protected] and they'll take care of virtually everything. If you're worried about hanging onto subscribers, they kept everything in place from the old place. I've added 100+ new ones today.
