Sadly I have tried melatonin and 5mg doesn’t do anything for me and then 10mg has me super drowsy afterwards almost like it’s to much and since I have a toddler I don’t like that sleepy feeling. I have to seek a doctor to help indeed though. I hope you are getting good rest now.
